Six Thinking Hats and parallell thinking is a tecnique ideated by Dr. Edwad de Bono, worlwide renowned authority on conceptual and creative thinking.
Keys of this technique are agility, intelligence, efficiency and productivity. This system may be used for conversations, meetings, debates and creative sessions. This systematic thinking method provides skills and tools in a complete new and different way and with an inmediate application.
You will learn how to think and generate ideas out of the box in order to take decisions in a orderly, quickly and agile way.




U THEORY
U Theory is a methodology created by Otto Scharmer that enables to change thinking paradigms of collectives, groups and task forces from a different perspective in order to obtain different results.
Instead of working through changing the results or the process, sympthoms or structures, it proposes a change within oneself.
Key essence is that the individual or collective is the first source for creativity from which to create the emerging future.

These are workshops designed to take a break, get out of the whirlwind daily chaos and pay attention to the key issues that may worry us from different and new points of you that will allow us to:

We basically work with the Points of You tool, other games and visual effects, such as photographies and gaming cards to connect the right hemisphere with the left one.




DISC
The DISC methodology studies four predictable factors from human behavior:

How we respond to changes and the rythm of the environment
How we behave to rules and procedures
DISC increases the effectiveness of the strategic communication, fosters team work generating empathy and conflict solving promotes synergies, increasing notably the abilities of persuation, sales and negociation.
It is a highly effective method developping management abilities to develop leadership skills, team management and influence over management.
